Rosen Advisory was founded to help business owners develop and execute exit strategies that result in celebrations of their hard-won success. This month, we celebrate a milestone of our own—our third anniversary in business.

In my 17 years on the buy-side of mergers and acquisitions transactions, I saw that owners often weren’t getting the guidance they needed when selling their business. I founded Rosen Advisory to provide them with a better way to fully realize the value they’ve worked so hard to build.

The past three years have been more rewarding than I could have imagined in many ways. Providing owners with experienced and trusted M&A advisory services as they navigate what is often a once-in-a-lifetime transaction for themselves, their families, their employees, and their clients, is a truly gratifying experience. I can only hope that our recognition of and appreciation for the trust placed in us is evident in our work with every client.
